The Priya Dress quickly became my favorite dress this past summer and I really wanted to make a mini version for the winter. I had seen this beautiful deep blue when I was initially shopping for fabric for the summer and I knew I had to use it for fall.
The mini length can easily be adjusted based on your height. I made it a bit too short to start (for my own height - 5'8"). Don't be shy to let me know if you'd like me to lengthen it.

Our size chart is of the garment. That means when the fit of the style varies, so does the measurements of the sizes. If something is a looser fit, expectation larger measurement than when something is a tight fit. Please message us with any questions at info@lightsofall.com

Since our clothing is mainly made from natural fibres, they do require ironing after cleaning. If you are unable to iron, I suggest that after you hang to dry, pop them into the dryer for a few minutes to fluff it up to relieve some of the wrinkles.

I’ve had this dress for a while now and it’s still one of my favourite outfits. It’s so easy to dress up or down and the fabric is amazing. I get a ton of compliments when I wear it! I ordered the large but am now an extra large (44” bust) and it still fits me really nicely!

I bought my Priya Mini in depth during the launch - my thought was to wear this to a fall wedding over Canadian Thanksgiving. The colour and the cut of the neckline were perfect for a more casual wedding setting. I typically have issues with fit around the bust despite not having a very large chest usually dresses or tops are tight around the armpit, and back but not this dress! It is cut perfectly, I opted for the XL after consulting with Katya and I'm so happy with the fit! It's comfortable and as someone with larger biceps/upper arm (circumference 16") this isn't tight or pulling its almost like it was made for my dimensions.
It's easy to care for fabric, though I have invested in a steamer as I have lots of natural fibers in my wardrobe. I love my Priya mini and think its such a staple, I have now worn it into work as well (business casual) worn with black tights, and boots or loafers its so flattering and comfy!
