Returns

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your order's delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (the free pouch included).

Given that every item is unique, some items may have slight imperfections. In the event where an item is deemed to have said imperfections, prior to shipping your order, we will send you photos of the garment in question. If you approve the imperfections, we will process the order accordingly. If not, the order will not be processed. Items that fall under this situation cannot be refunded for reasons of damage or otherwise, given that they've been previously approved by you, the buyer.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase/order number.

There are other situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Garments have obvious signs of use;
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days (including weekends).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@lightsofall.com.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Price adjustments
We will honor price adjustments if your initial purchase was within 1 week (7 days) of a sale. This only applies for items that were purchased full price and a sale was announced on that item within 7 days of your purchase. Please reply to your order confirmation email and we will refund you the discounted amount.

This does not work in the reverse, if a sale has ended and you purchase an item after the sale is complete, we will not price adjust to the previous promo.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item because of size/style please email us at sales@lightsofall.com or info@lightsofall.com
If the size you ordered isn't right for you, we can exchange it for you so long as we have the size you need in stock. You can email us and let us know and we will accept your return and send you the new size. In special cases, we might be able to adjust the current one to the needed size as well.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You can check your personal order page for updates and tracking information.

If you are shipping an item over $75, or from the USA, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if we don't, we are not responsible for lost items in the mail.
