I love these pants. I chose them for their cut; since I usually fall between sizes for pants everywhere (my waist fits size L and my hips fit XL, but I have a hard time finding pants with a rise high enough for my body), the elastic waist and ample hip area seemed logical.

But then I received the pants, put them on and... felt like wearing them everyday. The elastic waist fits perfectly—not too tight, but they don't fall down—on my 34 inches waist; the pockets are perfectly positioned; there's room to move, but no thigh chafing... Not only do these pants feel good, they also have character! They look special. They look like someone designed them with playfulness and ease in mind. I like to wear them with cropped tops, boxy or fitted, as much as under long shirts or even dresses. I am 5'6'' and I don't need to roll the hem. They show some ankle, perfect with ankle chelsea boots. I really think they are perfect.

I was hesitant about which size to purchase; my measurements fell somewhere between a Medium and a Large. Also, I was concerned about the fit around the thighs seeing as linen typically offers no stretch and I have rather thick thighs. I reached out to LOA and I found Kathia's recommendations to be incredibly helpful when choosing the appropriate size. Patient, kind and knowledgeable.. Talk about customer service!! I purchased the Slouch Pants in Medium and they offered ample room for maximum comfort, even when seated! These pants are really versatile: you can dress them up or dress them down. I've created many looks around these pants; they've become a wardrobe staple! Definitely a new favourite of mine! Quality material and craftsmanship.. LOA never disappoints!
